ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. Once your order has been confirmed, MUGO DEPARTMENT will begin processing it immediately and will do its best to dispatch your package in the fastest and most accurate way possible. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During product launches, promotional campaigns, or peak demand periods, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. These are estimated timeframes and may be subject to delays due to external factors beyond our control. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

FAILED DELIVERY / NON-COLLECTION / REFUSAL OF ORDER
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons, including absence at the delivery address, failure to collect the package within the carrier’s designated timeframe, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order will be considered undeliverable. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

However, the customer may request a reshipment of the order, subject to product availability, by covering the new shipping costs. If the original item is out of stock, the customer may choose alternative products available on the website of equal value, or select a higher-value item by paying the price difference.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges may apply depending on the destination country. For orders delivered within the European Union, all applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the final price. The same applies to shipments to the United Kingdom and the United States, where all import-related costs are also included. For all other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS DURING PEAK PERIODS
During high-demand periods such as product launches, Black Friday, Christmas, or other promotional campaigns, delivery times may be affected and delays may occur outside of our control.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

STOCK AVAILABILITY AND SYSTEM ERRORS
In the event of stock shortages or inventory discrepancies caused by technical errors, system failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances, MUGO DEPARTMENT reserves the right to cancel or partially modify the order. In such cases, we will promptly contact the customer to inform them of the situation and provide available alternatives. The customer will be offered the option to select alternative products of equal value, choose a higher-value item by paying the difference, or receive the most appropriate solution available based on stock and order conditions.
