When will my order be shipped?

As soon as an order enters our system, it is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. During periods of high demand, this process may take longer than usual.

Orders within the EU are not subject to customs fees.

If it was returned due to customer responsibility (wrong address, missed delivery, or not collected), we can resend it once the shipping costs are paid again by the customer.
